Many resources are available for you to get help using the various administrative reporting tools. Please reference the list below if you have any problems using these tools.

Trouble Logging On?

If you have trouble getting to the logon screen of any of these reporting tools, contact 4Help by using the Help Request Form (http://4help.vt.edu) or by calling (540) 231-HELP (4357).

Forgot Your Password?

Call the 4Help Operators at (540) 231-HELP (4357) and ask to have your password reset. Be sure to specify exactly which account needs to be reset (Banner, Hokies, PID, VTAIX).

Don't Have Access?

Contact Information Resource Management (IRM) by using the Help Request Form (http://4help.vt.edu) or by calling (540) 231-HELP (4357).
