Outlook 2002/2003 for Windows

Outlook 2002 and Outlook 2003 are the recommended clients for accessing the Exchange server in Windows. Outlook 2002/2003 provide the highest level of functionality and integration with the Exchange server feature set. This page provides you with the information necessary to make full use of the Exchange server with Outlook. To order Outlook 2003, log on with your PID and PID password to Information Technology Acquisitions' (ITA) Departmental Software (http://www.ita.vt.edu/Apps/WebObjects/SoftwareWeb.woa) site. Outlook 2002 in no longer available through ITA.

We strongly recommend that new users use Outlook 2002 or 2003; however, information is also available if you are using Outlook 2000 for Windows (http://computing.vt.edu/email_and_calendaring/exchange/outlook_2000_windows/index.html).
